Barrett Remote Notary LLC will help coordinate an available, mutually agreed-upon public meeting location.

3. Purchase the Travel Fee

Select and purchase the appropriate travel-fee option based on the meeting area.

4. Attend Your Appointment

Bring your identification, complete unsigned documents, required signers, and any required witnesses to the agreed meeting location.

Available Public Meeting Locations

Appointments may be conducted at locations such as:

  • Coffee shops

  • Libraries

  • Business offices

  • Coworking spaces

  • Other appropriate public meeting areas

Meeting locations are selected at the discretion of Barrett Remote Notary LLC and must be agreed upon before the appointment is confirmed.

This service does not automatically include travel to a private residence, hospital, assisted-living facility, correctional facility, or other restricted location.
