Refund policy
Return & Refund Policy
At Barrett Remote Notary LLC, we are committed to providing professional and secure remote notary services.
Due to the nature of digital and notarial services, all sales are final. Once a service has been scheduled, completed, or initiated, no returns, cancellations, or refunds will be issued.
Please review all appointment details carefully before booking. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the required identification, technology, and eligible documents needed to complete the notarization process.
Refunds will not be provided for:
-
Missed appointments
-
Client technology issues
-
Failure to provide valid identification
-
Ineligible or incomplete documents
-
Change of mind after booking
-
Services already rendered or initiated
If a technical issue occurs on our end that prevents completion of the scheduled service, we may, at our discretion, reschedule the appointment.
By booking services through Barrett Remote Notary LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Refund, Cancellation, and No-Response Policy
Appointments must be scheduled and confirmed within 72 hours of purchase. If the customer does not respond or complete scheduling within 72 hours, the order may be canceled and refunded, minus a non-refundable administrative processing fee of $5. This fee covers appointment review, customer communication, scheduling follow-up, and payment processing time.
If Barrett Remote Notary is unable to complete the appointment due to notary availability or another business-related issue, the customer will receive a full refund.
If the customer cancels more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, they may reschedule once at no additional charge or request a refund minus the administrative processing fee.
If the customer cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, misses the appointment, does not have valid identification, is not physically located in Colorado at the time of notarization, does not have the required technology, or cannot complete the identity verification process, the payment may be non-refundable.
Notary fees and any separate administrative or platform-related fees will be disclosed before service is performed.
