What Is Not Included

• Notarization of documents.

• Legal advice, document preparation, or interpretation of legal documents.

• Determining the legal validity or sufficiency of a document.

• Zoom or Google Meet video consultations.

• Guaranteed document eligibility or acceptance by a receiving organization.

Important: This consultation is entirely optional and is not required to purchase or receive notarization services. Routine questions and the checks required to perform a notarial act are included in our normal service process. General inquiries may be submitted by email at no charge.

How to Schedule

2. After availability is confirmed, purchase this consultation through our website.

3. Reply with your order number and preferred callback number.

4. We will call you at your confirmed appointment time.

Consultation Policy

Payment reserves one 15-minute phone consultation. This fee is separate from notarization charges and is not credited toward a future notarization.

Cancellations and rescheduling follow our published Refund and Cancellation Policy. One rescheduling request may be made with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. If we cannot provide the purchased consultation, a refund or alternate appointment will be offered.
