Barrett Remote Notary LLC’s mobile appointments start at $50 for notarial service and travel: $15 for one eligible document notarization, plus a separate travel fee starting at $35. Any applicable tax is calculated separately.
The travel charge depends on the approved meeting area and appointment arrangements. Additional documents or other needs require advance review. Confirm the complete price before purchasing.

Where do mobile appointments take place?
Standard appointments use mutually agreed public locations in Colorado Springs and approved surrounding areas. Possible meeting places include libraries, coffee shops and suitable business locations.
The exact location must be accepted before purchase. Requests involving a private residence, hospital, care facility or restricted location require discussion in advance.

How do I arrange an appointment?
- Request availability. Share the general document type, number of signers, witness needs, preferred date and time, and requested public meeting area.
- Confirm the details. Agree on the location, appointment time, document requirements and complete itemized price.
- Purchase the required services. After confirmation, purchase the Mobile Notary Service and applicable Mobile Notary Travel Fee.
- Attend prepared. Bring the complete document, acceptable original identification, required signers and any required witnesses.
Payment alone does not reserve a particular appointment time.
What should I prepare?
Keep the document unsigned unless specifically instructed otherwise. Make sure all pages are present and ask the receiving organization about required witnesses, signing instructions and acceptance.

A scheduled remote online appointment may be an option for an eligible electronic document. The standard service is $25 for one signer and one eligible electronic document, subject to identification, technology, location and receiving-party requirements.
